We provde a design take off including everything you need from the materials, design plans, installation instructions to the technical support. Options include Class "A" fire rated aluminum joist framing, plank decking, watertight decking or modular-panelized decking as well as stair treads, ramps and aluminum railing. Versadeck's class "A" polyurea deck coating is 25 times thicker than the other powder painted aluminum decking options, making it more durable, slip resistant, quieter, and cooler in the hot sun.

Versadeck Decking, Stairs & Framing Options
Versadeck rooftop decks can be finished with Versaplank™ plank decking for the traditional look or use Versamods™ modular decking if quick and easy access to the underside of deck is important or drain access is required. A variety of joists sizes and strengths are available to accomplish longer spans and rigidity that may be required to counter wind uplift especially if the deck is more than 24 inches off the rooftop. Use the Versadry watertight decking to capture rain water and channel it to desired drainage locations.
